Summary:
I am a bilingual teacher with experience in the Principle Approach to Education. I feel deeply called to promote Christian education as a way to bring God’s truth and perspective to individuals and nations.
In addition to my teaching vocation, I am also a designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial design, which allows me to integrate creativity into the classroom. I use visual thinking as a dynamic tool to enhance the teaching and learning process, encouraging students to create sketchnotes as a way to record and reflect on what they hear and learn.
Throughout my career, I have taught kindergarten, elementary, and secondary levels, and most recently served as a high school art and Spanish teacher. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with students of all ages and guide them in discovering God’s truth through both academics and the arts.
I would be honored to join a Christian school that could serve as a sponsor for a missionary teacher, allowing me to continue fulfilling my calling in education and ministry.
I hold certified credentials from my bachelor’s degree, the associate’s degree, the Master Teaching certification in Christian Education and some others for Phonological awareness with the Logic of English.

Experienced in Christian education with a strong foundation in Biblical-centered teaching. I specialize in early literacy through phonograms (English/Spanish), classroom management. I designed a curriculum with the foundation of writing and reading based in a reasoning process, for beginners. I’ve trained teachers and homeschool parents across North and Latin America and pioneered the launch of a Christian Heritage School in Colombia. I have served in Schools in Colombia, Perú, Mexico, Guatemala, California and Texas, plus in short missions in China, Turkey and Chicago
As a bilingual educator, I also serve as an interpreter and translator for international educators. My creative skills includes graphic recording using Photoshop and Procreate to make learning visually engaging. Passionate about shaping character through education, I lead with vision, purpose, and a heart to serve.
Additional Experience with CCE: The Principle approach education is also based in the Classic American Christian Education and History. I have joined homeschool clubs were some parents have Brought the Charlotte Madison classic education, but others just are more familiar with the heart of Education by doing life together with the little ones. The classroom is the daily routine.

Hobbies, Interests, and Family: I enjoy swimming, reading, and drawing sermon sketchnotes. I’m a lifelong learner and naturally curious—I love learning through podcasts and books, especially on topics related to education, apologetics, and the Christian worldview.
My family consists of my parents and a younger brother. However, as a missionary, I don’t have strong emotional attachment to them, since I haven’t lived with them for extended periods. By God’s grace, they are believers and hardworking people.

Belief in the inerrancy of Scripture?: Yes
Notes on Scripture: The Bible doesn’t lie or make mistakes; authors were guided by God
Additional classical training: James Kilkenny was one of the authors for the Arithmetic section in the “red books” from the principal approach Education” I was his pupil. Learning firsthand the principles of the philosophy of Christian Education for a period of 9 intensive months in Tyler, TX. Then I got the Certification through FACE which is the institution that has preserved the primary books from classic education, with a library located in Chesapeake Virginia. The library was founded by Verna Hall and Rosalie Slater and it’s called The Hall-Slater library. Please check: https://face.net/the-hall-slater-library-and-teaching-center/
Why I want to teach at a classical school: For the past 10 years, I have been serving in my home country of Colombia, and I’ve also planted seeds through short-term missions in countries like Mexico, Peru, and Guatemala. I truly feel that now is the time to team up with like-minded people. I don’t want to lose the path God set me on years ago.
Although I’ve completed all my certifications in Christian education, it has been difficult to live out my full calling in Colombia. Many schools label themselves as “Christian” but use secular or humanist curricula. As an employee, it’s often challenging to influence or implement the biblical worldview and methods I’ve been trained in.
One of the greatest blessings of classical Christian schools is the culture of teamwork, collaboration, and shared mission. Most are not only coworkers but Kingdom entrepreneurs. That’s the kind of environment where I believe I can fully thrive and contribute as a teacher, a curriculum designer, and a discipler
Final thoughts: I would be honored to join a Christian school that could sponsor me as an International teacher, allowing me to continue fulfilling my calling in education and ministry. I require sponsorship for an employment visa status, such as the H-1B visa, J-1, or even a Religious visa (I hold all the required stamps for it). Meanwhile, with my Tourist visa, I’m willing to serve as a volunteer and contribute from my 14 years of experience.
