Summary:
I am passionate about advancing classical Christian education and equipping schools to fulfill their mission of developing students who seek truth, wisdom, and virtue. My professional journey has been shaped by a commitment to Christian education, nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and serving communities through meaningful relationships.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education and Nonprofit Management and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Christian School Administration and Leadership. My research and professional interests center on sustainable leadership, organizational health, and the long-term growth and sustainability of Christian schools.
I have experience supporting the development and growth of classical Christian education through school consulting, strategic planning, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement. I currently serve in leadership with a classical Christian education initiative, where I have helped support school development, communication, advancement efforts, and building a strong mission-centered culture. I have also worked with nonprofit organizations to strengthen operations, pursue funding opportunities, and develop strategies that support long-term impact.
I believe classical Christian education is uniquely positioned to shape students who are grounded in faith, equipped with wisdom, and prepared to serve others. I am drawn to opportunities where I can contribute my skills in leadership, development, strategic planning, and school advancement to help Christian schools thrive.
My goal is to partner with schools and organizations that are committed to excellence, faithfulness, and the transformational work of Christian education. I bring a servant-leader mindset, a passion for the classical model, and a desire to support educators and administrators as they cultivate environments where students can flourish.
