Summary:

Experienced classical educator and curriculum writer seeking teaching or administrative opportunities within a classical Christian school committed to robust humanities instruction and joyful formation. With extensive experience teaching Latin, literature, writing, history, and study skills to middle-school students, I bring a strong background in grammar-based language study, story-driven instruction, and the cultivation of wonder through the liberal arts.

I have developed and taught full Latin sequences through participles and beyond, emphasizing mastery of morphology, syntax, and reading skills anchored in classical texts. I integrate Charlotte Mason’s methods—including picture study, narration, copywork, and living books—into language and humanities instruction to promote attention, imagination, and long-term retention. My work includes designing cross-disciplinary lessons that connect ancient astronomy, early scientific history, and classical culture with Scripture, literature, and art.

In addition to classroom teaching, I am the author of the Invictus Classical Press Memory Guide series, a multi-volume curriculum that supports schools and families in cultivating recitation, memory work, and the arts of attention. I regularly prepare workshops and conference sessions for educators on topics such as learning styles and study habits for middle-schoolers, student formation, picture study as a tool for language acquisition, and practical strategies for building confident, capable learners in grades 6–8.

My teaching philosophy centers on nurturing virtue, curiosity, and a love of truth, goodness, and beauty. I aim to equip students with the habits that make scholarship possible: careful observation, thoughtful narration, consistent practice, and delight in well-crafted language. I value clear communication with families, collaboration with colleagues, and a school culture shaped by Scripture and historic Christian orthodoxy.

I am seeking a role in which I can continue to support classical Christian education through teaching, curriculum development, academic leadership, or a combination thereof. I welcome opportunities to serve in schools that desire rigorous academics, rich liturgical and spiritual formation, and a coherent K–12 vision aligned with the classical Christian tradition.

Position desired: Teacher
Subjects you are willing to teach:
Arts and Media Teacher, Foreign Language Teacher, K-6 General Classroom Teacher, Spanish Teacher
Willing to relocate to:
Anywhere in US, International, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, West
Summary:

I am a bilingual teacher with experience in the Principle Approach to Education. I feel deeply called to promote Christian education as a way to bring God’s truth and perspective to individuals and nations.
In addition to my teaching vocation, I am also a designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial design, which allows me to integrate creativity into the classroom. I use visual thinking as a dynamic tool to enhance the teaching and learning process, encouraging students to create sketchnotes as a way to record and reflect on what they hear and learn.
Throughout my career, I have taught kindergarten, elementary, and secondary levels, and most recently served as a high school art and Spanish teacher. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with students of all ages and guide them in discovering God’s truth through both academics and the arts.
I would be honored to join a Christian school that could serve as a sponsor for a missionary teacher, allowing me to continue fulfilling my calling in education and ministry.
I hold certified credentials from my bachelor’s degree, the associate’s degree, the Master Teaching certification in Christian Education and some others for Phonological awareness with the Logic of English.

Summary:

My heart has been captivated ever since I learned about the Classical Christian model of education. My love for reading Greek led me not only read the Scriptures more deeply, it also introduced me to early Christian writers such as Polycarp, Irenaeus, and Ignatius. This love for reading our Christian Fathers and the Scriptures only grew in me as I read more broadly during my seminary education. Ever since then, I have had an eager desire to impart this wisdom to others through teaching.
