Summary:
My desire in life is to walk fully and unwavering in Christ, glorifying Him in all I do.
With over a decade of leadership experience in administration and management, combined with a passion for ministry and education, I am seeking an opportunity to serve at a school where Christ-centered values and academic excellence go hand in hand. I believe that joining your team would allow me to continue growing in my calling to support students, families, and staff in a meaningful way.
For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Director of Operations and Student Affairs at Eden Classical Academy. My responsibilities included but were not limited to managing daily campus operations, student discipleship & discipline, volunteer coordination, event planning, calendar & schedule writing and staff support. It’s been a tremendous blessing to help shape the spiritual and academic culture of our school community. I’ve witnessed firsthand the fruit of Christ-centered education in the lives of our students and families.
Prior to this, I worked as the Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Roseville, Elk Grove and New York City, where I was responsible for coaching, training, and developing new real estate agents while overseeing their individual business plans. Under my leadership, our brokerage saw a measurable increase in revenue and achieved record-breaking agent retention – even in the midst of a slow market.
Earlier in my career, I spent seven years as an Assistant Store Director at Safeway, where I oversaw full-store operations. I led department teams, implemented cost-saving measures, and improved both sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Throughout these various leadership roles, the Lord has continued to refine my heart for coaching, teaching, and equipping others to thrive. My heart for ministry has also deepened through serving in Doxa Students and Doxa Kids ministries at Doxa Church over the past four years, where I’ve had the joy of watching young hearts grow in their knowledge and love for Christ.
It would be an honor to continue fusing my passions – educational leadership and discipleship – by serving in a Christ-centered school community. I am excited by the opportunity to contribute to a mission that helps shape students and their families in truth, character, and wisdom.
Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the chance to connect further and learn how I might support your school’s mission.

Additional Qualifications: I bring a diverse background in both ministry and school operations, with experience teaching Scripture in formal and informal settings—leading chapel lessons, teaching Bible stories to middle school students, and delivering devotional messages rooted in God’s Word. I have also led worship using multiple instruments (guitar, piano, and voice), fostering Christ-centered environments for students and adults alike. From an Operations and Student Affairs perspective, I’ve led administrative and school-wide professional development meetings, aligning teams around campus culture, discipline, and systems. I have successfully coordinated volunteers to promote unity and active participation, served as a liaison between the school and the host church to maintain a strong partnership, and managed vendor relationships to ensure efficient facility operations and cost-effective solutions. These combined experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate biblical truth with clarity and humility while supporting the practical needs of a thriving school community.
Additional Experience with CCE: My main experience is working at Eden Classical Academy for the last 2 years as the Director of Operations and Student Affairs.
I volunteered for a year at Eden Classical Academy, prior to my employment, where I led worship and supported the spiritual formation of students.
Hobbies, Interests, and Family: Music is a passionate hobby of mine, encompassing listening, playing, songwriting, and recording. I am self-taught on piano, guitar, and drums, and I also enjoy singing. Attending concerts and musicals further enriches my appreciation for music. Writing and recording songs in my home studio has been a rewarding creative outlet, though it’s fairly new to me.
In addition, I have a strong interest in theology and biblical symbolism. Currently, I am studying the theology of Cessationism and exploring the Calvinist themes present in the play Doctor Faustus, noting its intriguing parallels with the biblical story of Job. This intersection of literature and theology continues to fascinate me and deepen my understanding.
Top 5 Books: The Odyssey by Homer
Pilgrim’s Progress by John Bunyan
The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
Emma by Jane Austen
The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien
Top 3 Books: God’s Devil by Erwin Lutzer – I recently discovered the story of Faust and have been fascinated by the symbolic parallels to the book of Job and this book goes into the sovereignty of God and how nothing has happened nor will happen outside of His control, not even Satan’s rebellion and schemes.
The Exemplary Husband by Stuart Scott – This is a book that I have read and go back to regularly as I work on growing in my #1 ministry: my marriage. I find it extremely important to continually grow as a God-honoring husband who loves his wife as Christ loved the church.
The Magicians Nephew by C.S. Lewis – I heard about Michael Ward from the recent RTR conference and discovered his Planet Narnia book. Before I read that, I am going back and rereading the Narnia books in order to be fresh before diving into Ward’s exploration of the deep, intentional symbolism Lewis wove into each novel, connecting them to the seven classical planets.

Theology: My theological learning has been shaped by a blend of formal study, personal reading, and practical ministry experience. I have engaged deeply with Scripture, exploring key doctrines such as grace, redemption, and the sovereignty of God. My study includes historic Christian theology – covering topics like Christology, soteriology, ecclesiology, and eschatology—balanced with a focus on applying biblical truths in everyday life.My ministry involvement—teaching Bible stories, leading worship, and supporting spiritual formation in various settings—has allowed me to practically apply theological principles in ways that nurture faith and foster community. This ongoing journey continues to deepen both my knowledge and my passion for Christ-centered discipleship.
Belief in the inerrancy of Scripture?: Yes
Notes on Scripture: I believe in the sufficiency of Scripture – that Scripture alone is fully sufficient for guiding our faith and practice. Everything we need to know from God has been revealed in Scripture, which perfectly conveys His will, character, and purposes to humanity. The Bible, as God’s inspired Word, is without error or fault in all it teaches. This means it is completely truthful and reliable in every aspect, whether addressing matters of faith, history, or moral guidance.
Additional classical training: I’ve had 2 years of hands on experience as Director of Operations and Student Affairs at Eden Classical Academy. This includes monthly professional development trainings.
Why I want to teach at a classical school: I am deeply passionate about children’s discipleship and value an education that integrates rigorous academic excellence with a Christ-centered worldview. Classical education emphasizes not only the mastery of core knowledge and critical thinking skills but also the formation of virtuous character and a love for truth, beauty, and goodness – all grounded in biblical principles.
Being part of a classical Christian community allows me to contribute to nurturing students holistically – intellectually, spiritually, and morally. I am passionate about helping young people grow in their understanding of God, themselves, and the world, equipping them to live thoughtfully and faithfully in today’s complex culture.
My experience in educational leadership and ministry has shown me the profound impact of a Christ-centered environment. I’m eager to contribute my skills to a school that shares this mission, helping students grow as disciples and lifelong learners.
Final thoughts: My wife, Kelsey, and I are committed to the ACCS movement and look forward to raising our two daughters, Brielle and Juliette, within a Classical Christian Academy. I am eager to continue advancing my education in academics and aspire to grow into a Head of School role someday. I am a passionate lifelong learner who embraces growth through both joyful and challenging seasons.
